DIAGNOSIS: CAD WITH HFrER (EF-40%)
A/w palpitations and sweating
Not a/w SOB, vomiting
Patient was apparently normal 1 month ago when he developed
Chest pain since 1 month -radiating to right,aggrevated on exertion.
A/w palpitations went to hospital 1 month back with similar complaints associated with sweating for which he was given medications
H/o similar complaints on and off since 1 month for which he is continuing medication
No H/o HTN,DM,EPILEPSY,ASTHMA
INVESTIGATIONS: 2Decho, haemogram,RFT, CUE
TREATMENT GIVEN:
1)Fluid restriction <1.5 L/day and salt restriction <2 g/day
