55 Y/F WITH CAME WITH C/O LOOSE STOOLS , FEVER SINCE 2 DAYS, URINE OUTPUT SINCE 1 DAY.
HOPI: PATIENT WAS APPARENTLY ASYMPTOMATIC 2 DAYS BACK SHE HAD 6 EPISODES OF LOOSE STOOLS -WATERY IN CONSISTENCE ASSOCIATED WITH PAIN ABDOMEN, RELIEVES AFTER PASSING STOOL, NON BLOOD STAINED.
FEBER -LOW GRADE, INTERMITTENT, RELIEVES ON TAKING MEDICATION, NOT ASSOCIATED WITH CHILLS AND RIGORS FROM 1 DAY PATIENT IS HAVING DECREASED URINE OUTPUT.
NO PEDAL EDEMA, CHEST PAIN, PALPITATIONS.
PAST H/O: N/K/C/O DM, HTN,ASTHMA, TB, EPILEPSY
